Sunday, November 22, 2009 The Committed Top Ten Rescues for Donation's......
The program was created so that rescues can rely on a monthly income from donations made to the program. As
the donations grow, the monthly donations to the rescue will also grow. This program will rely on the
participation of both the rescues and the people making donations. You can not expect this program to work
without the continued efforts of all involved. The rescues will be rewarded with a monthly donation amount and the people
making the donations will be rewarded by helping these rescues continue to help the horses in need.
Example - Old Way Jane Doe donates to John Doe's rescue, but one month she may
donate $5 and the next month it could be $50, the point is, you never can rely on a specific amount. Jane
Doe may also want to help other rescues, but does not have the time or resources to research each rescue. With
the C10 program, the rescues websites are listed on The website so that anyone wanting to make a contribution will
have the resources necessary in one place. Example (C-10) Jane Doe can now donate
the minimum amount of $10.60 to her rescue of choice. Jane doe can also monitor the donations made to the C-10
program and watch as the amount of donations grow. Jane Doe can also send the link to others so they can make
donations to the rescues thru the C-10 Program.

Our Bylaw's
1. All listing rescues will be picked by their supporters. This can be done by contacting a board
member listed on the website. The board members do have the right to accept or refuse any rescue. 2.
The Rescues minimum obligation is to bring at-least 2 Sponsor donations to the program each month. Should
a Rescue fail to meet this obligation, they will be removed from the program. The more donations we can
bring to the program the more money each rescue will receive. 3. The C-10 will be comprised of having the same 10
rescues listed every month as long as they are meeting their obligations. * The rescue, as well as the people
making the donations, can see the progress of the contributions made on the website. * The people making
donations will be listed on the website (Name & State only) so that we can acknowledge of their contributions and
efforts in supporting the Rescues. * Please feel free to contact any of the board members
with questions you may have at our new address C10Program@yahoo.com * Promoting the efforts of the C-10 program could some day be looked at as part of a solution to
the existing horse bill and/or as an amendment to HR503. * Paypal
will be used to collect the donations. Unfortunately paypal does charge a small fee. The minimum donation
of $10.61 is so that the rescue will get a $10 donation * The goal of this program is to help as many Rescues as
possible, once the goals of the C-10 program is met (rewarding ten rescues $1,000 a month) then we will push
to start the C-20 program where we work to get twenty rescues $1,000 a month, and so on.
The ultimate goal of this program is to provide the rescues a secure amount of
donations each month that they can rely on. This is all made possible by everyone working together to promote
the program and get as many donations as we can. We can never give up on the horses!
