Recently Ive been asked how to fix the problems of the horse industry.
Here was my answer..

to leave ya hanging.. I actually do have some ideas. Its surely NOT a quick fix. The problems started when no safety net for
horses wasn't Implemented or assisted by the very people who were to profit off horses. Merely a Free Buffet for
all with no price or walk in fee to the future of the horses.
We may never fix the problems of the US, Abuse and
Neglect, but
God put us here for a reason and that is to let our enter light shine so that others may follow by doing
what is right for all.
Its always hard to get everyone to get alone even more agree on the same solution.
The
goals I have are to Unite as much as possible to an agreement that there NOT UNWANTED only UNSOLD by greedy irresponsible
breeders and Organizations that have NO HISTORY of helping Horse Rescues
Now you follow the money you will
see who helps and who creates the problems we are seeing now.
For example Humans have unemployment and
Social Security. In the incident John should lose his job there is a thing called unemployment which john has paid into..
Should
john retire there is a thing called Social Security which again john has paid into it his whole life.
The
industry for years have profited off horses over and over without thinking of a program for the horses. Sure it sounds a bit
goofy, but there is a reason we need a United program for the horses.
Programs for the horses are way due..
There are fees being waived which could benefit the horses. Blending into Park Fees, Tack Fees, Trailer Fees, Coggin Fees,
Horse Feed Fees, Racing Fee, Breeding Fees, Trail fees, Licenses on trailer Fees, Insurance fees, Gambling fees at the tracks,
and so much more related to horses.
The amounts that are added will bring the Fees so low that will NOT
even be noticeable.
The amounts then could be dischargedonly to Registered 501 c3 Rescues thru out the
US. Thus giving all rescues a fixed amounts to operate on a monthly basics. Thus promoting more rescues to develop. Thus making
breeders to take action by reducing the amount of horses bred.
In all this will make everyone responsible
in some manner.
Myself have started a similar program to help horse rescues. Since 07 we have awarded out
$18,000 to rescues thru out the US and even Canada..
