Grants for Rescues updates

This is a program setup to help assist and help small Rescues get the stepping stones they need to becoming a Registered 501 Rescue. SaveDaHorses urges all small private Rescues to go this way so that in the Near Future SaveDaHorses can expand our donation band to work on Corps fundings. Unity among Rescues,Donors,Corps will very much help our animals that are still the subject of abuse,neglect and slaughter.
